Collection: Pressure Sensors

Pressure sensors are important components that monitor & measure various pressures within the vehicle's systems. They are designed to detect & relay accurate pressure readings to the engine control unit (ECU) or other control modules for proper system operation. There are different types of pressure sensors in a car, including fuel pressure sensors, oil pressure sensors, tire pressure sensors, & manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensors. Fuel pressure sensors measure the pressure in the fuel rail to ensure the correct fuel supply to the engine. Oil pressure sensors monitor the oil pressure in the engine to protect against low oil pressure conditions that could lead to engine damage. Tire pressure sensors monitor the air pressure in the tires & provide alerts to the driver if the pressure is low. MAP sensors measure the pressure in the intake manifold to determine the engine load & optimize fuel injection & ignition timing. These pressure sensors play a crucial role in maintaining proper vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, & safety. Regular inspection & maintenance of pressure sensors are essential to ensure their accuracy & reliability.
