Refund policy
Before starting a return, please note - any part quality issues must be taken up with the part's manufacturer.
International orders cannot be returned.
- If we make a mistake, we will pay for return shipping & ship out the correct part(s) for free.
- If you make a mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee & the shipping fee to get the correct part(s). Your return will be subject to a restocking fee.
- All returns must be approved by Milky Motorsports first.
- Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
- Parts must be in original packaging & in new condition for a refund. Parts not in new condition will not be accepted.
- Custom-ordered parts cannot be returned.
If you want to return your order because you no longer need the part or you ordered the wrong part then you will not be refunded for the shipping fee and you will only be refunded for the part's price minus any restocking fee.
Opening a credit card chargeback/dispute without written communication with us first to resolve any issue is in violation of our Terms of Service and will not be tolerated. Any issue you have can be resolved amicably. Keeping both the product(s) and getting your money back from your credit card company is considered theft and will be treated as such. You will be taken to small claims court promptly.
