If you're not in one of these states, then you're in luck, we won't charge you sales tax! Why you might ask? Each state government is kind enough to have a business tax break known as Nexus, where new business startups like ours don't need to collect sales tax when revenue in a state hasn't exceeded that state's revenue threshold.
For example, a business that's not physically located in Texas doesn't need to collect sales tax in Texas until the revenue generated in Texas exceeds $500,000. Once the business exceeds $500,000+ in revenue in Texas, then the business must collect sales tax in Texas.
