Collection: Sway Bars

Sway bars, also known as anti-roll bars or stabilizer bars, are essential components of a vehicle's suspension system. They are designed to reduce body roll or sway during cornering & enhance overall stability & handling. Sway bars are typically tubular or solid bars that connect the left & right sides of the suspension together, often mounted between the front or rear control arms or struts. They work by transferring the force generated by one side of the suspension to the other, effectively resisting the tendency of the vehicle to lean or roll in corners. This helps to keep the vehicle more level, improving traction, & reducing the risk of rollovers. Sway bars come in various sizes or thicknesses, & some vehicles may have front & rear sway bars. Upgrading to aftermarket sway bars can offer improved stiffness, adjustability, or performance characteristics for specific driving preferences or applications. However, it's important to maintain a balance between stiffness & comfort, as overly stiff sway bars can negatively impact ride quality. Professional installation & suspension tuning are recommended to ensure proper fitment, alignment, & optimal performance of sway bars.
