VW/Audi 1.8T 20V Billet Fuel Rail – V2

After extensive research, development, and real-world testing, Carrot Top Tuning is proud to introduce the Version 2 Billet Fuel Rail for VW/Audi 20V 1.8T engines.

Building upon the success of our original design, the V2 fuel rail features a completely revised fuel pressure regulator housing that improves both simplicity and fuel flow. The updated regulator adapter incorporates a swivel fitting, allowing for easier hose routing, improved fitment, and greater installation flexibility compared to the previous generation.

Designed entirely in-house using advanced CAD/CAM software, this fuel rail delivers exceptional fuel distribution while maintaining a clean, OEM-inspired appearance. Integrated mounting provisions ensure a straightforward plug-and-play installation without unnecessary brackets or modifications.

The rail utilizes large -8AN O-Ring Boss (ORB) ports to support high-flow fuel systems and demanding horsepower goals. Factory injector retaining clips are retained, providing secure injector seating and additional peace of mind under high fuel pressure conditions.

Fitment Note: Compatible with all VW/Audi 20V 1.8T engines utilizing short or long injectors. AMB engines equipped with factory short injectors require the use of 12mm injector spacers for proper fitment.
