1961-1966 F-100 and F-250 Dash Insert

This laser cut steel overlay lets you install 6 standard gauges in your 1961-1966 F-100 or F-250 truck. This DIY dash insert gives you a clean look at an affordable price.

The center holes are 3-3/8”, and the outer ones are 2-1/16”. The ¼” holes are for turn signal indicators, high beam, and check engine.

Cut out the raised portion of your stock dash (except the lip along the bottom- the insert will tuck under) and cut some clearance for the gauges. Don’t worry, no precision required.

Then glue or weld the dash insert. Put some filler to blend the edge and paint it, and you have a smooth, clean factory-looking, factory fit gauge panel that accepts whatever standard gauges you want.
