You'll need to remove the factory grille first. It bolts out from behind the bumper opening — pretty straightforward with basic hand tools. Once it's out, the new grille bolts directly into the same factory mounting holes.

The grille assembly itself is complete. Mounting hardware is not included — you'll reuse the fasteners from your OEM grille or grab standard hardware that matches the factory bolt pattern.
