Each UV printed hitch cover receives three coats of automotive clear coat to seal and protect the printed surface.

The hitch cover is machined from 3/8-inch 6061 billet aluminum and finished with a powder coat before the full-color design is applied.

Each hitch cover is bolted to a powder-coated steel receiver and includes a standard zinc-plated hitch pin and cotter pin.

Available receiver sizes include 1-1/4", 2", 2-1/2", and 3" to fit a range of vehicles.
