Product Details

HMC Billet manufactures this hitch cover in-house using precision CNC machining and UV printing. This 82nd Airborne Division design is made to order with attention to detail and quality.

Each hitch cover is precision machined from 6061 aluminum and is 3/8-inch thick, with a powder-coated finish. The flag and insignia design is applied using UV printing to produce a detailed, full-color image directly on the powder-coated billet. Each UV printed hitch cover receives three coats of automotive clear coat.

Receiver Sizes

HMC Billet hitch covers are available for 1-1/4-inch, 2-inch, 2-1/2-inch, and 3-inch receivers. Measure the inside opening of your vehicle’s hitch receiver to determine the correct size before ordering.

The 2-1/2-inch and 3-inch receiver options are included with the hitch cover and have a different design and appearance from the standard 2-inch receiver option. They are made for vehicles equipped with 2-1/2-inch or 3-inch receivers.

Hardware and Security

Each hitch cover is bolted to a powder-coated steel receiver and includes a standard zinc-plated hitch pin and cotter pin. A foam spacer is included on 2-inch receiver versions.
