The Extreme Simracing AX80 is a compact, rigid and highly modular aluminum profile sim racing cockpit engineered for serious racers. Its reinforced construction supports Direct Drive wheelbases rated at 22 Nm and above, braking forces over 200 kg and compatible four-actuator motion systems.

Built with premium 80 x 40 mm aluminum profiles, reinforced carbon steel mounting plates and through-bolt connections, the AX80 delivers a stable and responsive driving platform with minimal cockpit flex.

Racing seat, monitor stand, electronics and accessories are sold separately unless included in a selected bundle.

RIGID AND ADJUSTABLE CONSTRUCTION

The AX80 uses reinforced carbon steel plates and precision-machined aluminum profiles to create a strong, secure structure. Through-bolt connections reduce reliance on external corner brackets and help maintain stability during high-force steering and braking.

The steering wheel structure provides height and angle adjustment, while the pedal platform allows depth and inclination adjustments. The seat mounting profiles can also be repositioned to accommodate different driving positions.

DIRECT DRIVE READY

The reinforced wheelbase structure is engineered for Direct Drive systems rated at 22 Nm and above. Its rigid construction helps ensure that force-feedback detail reaches the driver instead of being lost through unwanted cockpit movement.

200 KG+ PEDAL SUPPORT

The adjustable aluminum pedal platform is reinforced to support high-force load-cell and hydraulic pedal systems with braking forces exceeding 200 kg.

MOTION READY

The AX80 is prepared for compatible four-actuator motion systems, allowing the cockpit to evolve without replacing its core aluminum structure.

The aluminum profiles feature a premium anodized black finish with laser-engraved details. Reinforced carbon steel components receive a durable black electrostatic coating for added protection and a clean, professional appearance.

SEAT COMPATIBILITY

The adjustable seat mounting profiles accommodate compatible seat brackets and sliders up to approximately 400 mm deep and 480 mm wide. Seat brackets, sliders and racing seats are sold separately unless specifically included in a bundle.
