CTS Turbo is proud to announce our new billet subframe bushing insert kit (applications listed below). This kit is designed to eliminate the clunk that is commonly found on MK5's and MK6's due to the stretching of OEM bolts stretching and failing. Our kit will repair the OEM TSB for the clunk correctly by reducing the large factory tolerances at the subframe mounting points.
Features:
Interlocking subframe shims center the front subframe to the body
Machined in house from T6061 Billet aluminum
OE replacement stretch bolts (4) and upgraded ARP bolts (2)
Eliminates subframe clunks and shifting
Kit Components:
6 x Upper Insert
6 x Lower Insert
4 x Short OE Bolts
2 x ARP Long Bolts
Torque specs:
ARP bolts = 85Nm (can be re-used)
18mm bolts = 70Nm+180deg (do not re-use)
16mm bolts = 50Nm + 90deg (can be re-used once)
13mm bolts = 20Nm + 90deg (can be re-used once)

MK5 GTI/GLI/R32/Jetta/Rabbit
MK6 GTI/Golf R/Golf - Aluminum Subframe only, will not fit Jettas with steel subframe
8P Audi A3/S3
B6 Passat/Passat CC
Note: wheel alignment required after installation.
