Sequential LED Headlights compatible with Ram 1500/2500/3500 2009-2018 and Ram 1500 Classic 2019-2024 from Form Lighting are the perfect way to upgrade your truck!

With these premium OE-grade replacements, you'll add full LED housings with two dual-beam projectors, sequential turn signals, startup sequence, LED running light, and a more aggressive, blacked-out appearance.

Dual Projectors. These headlights feature two dual-beam projectors, providing output for low beam and high beam illumination. With a sharp cutoff, broad width, and high intensity, these units provide a serious upgrade in output.

Startup Sequence. These headlights are packed with the latest lighting functions, including a startup or welcome sequence. Anytime the running lights turn on, the LEDs will sweep across the top and bottom of the lamp before fully illuminating your DRL.

Sequential Turn Signal. The lower section of these headlights features a bright and highly distinctive sequential turn signal. Activating any time your turn signal is activated, the amber LEDs sequence from inside to out, with an extremely modern look.

Road Legal. Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.

Plug-and-Play. Our headlights are completely plug-and play and will fit perfectly for both halogen and OEM LED models and without any gaps. Adapters are included for OEM halogen models and were designed to plug into your factory headlight connector, with no wiring modifications needed.

No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing! A fusebox wire harness is also included to power the running lights, if your truck doesn't come with daytime running lights (non-DTRL) from the factory.
