<p>Hamburger's 2-piece timing chain cover will save time performing cam work on your LS series motor with the Non-VCVT cam sensor located in the timing cover. Just install the lower half once, then unbolt the top half whenever you need quick access to your cam. Ideal for Non-VVT Cam conversions.</p><p>The unit incorporates an o-ring seal into the bottom half of the cover that mates with the smoothly machined flange on the upper section to offer a leak-free seal. No Need to Drop The Oil Pan For Cam Access.</p><p><i>(NOTE REGARDING DOUBLE-ROLLER CHAINS: While this 2-piece cover can accommodate the use of double-roller timing chains, there is not enough clearance to allow for the removal of the double-roller chain without removing the entire cover.)</i></p>
