The primary use of this stuff is to replace the factory installed heatshield material on Syncro fuel tanks. If your Syncro fuel tank heat shield is falling apart and close to arching against starter: Time to replace it with this stuff!

Also works well in a variety of other applications to protect against excessive heat, such as floorboards beneath carpeting, for example.
