Hedman BLACK ELITE headers have a heavy-duty design that uses stout 3/8" flanges, and thicker 14 gauge primary tubes. The heavier-duty construction of HEDMAN BLACK ELITE Hedders makes them ideal for high-performance engines and tow vehicles, both of which produce higher exhaust temperatures. BLACK ELITE models have a Satin-Black ceramic finish that looks great and keeps more heat in the tubes. This results in faster exhaust speeds for improved exhaust scavenging, and reduced underhood temperatures.</p><p>These LONG-TUBE headers fit a variety of 1978-1987 GM A-Body and G-Body vehicles, including Buick Regal, Chevy Chevelle, El Camino, Monte Carlo, and Pontiac Grand Prix models fitted with a SB Chevy (Gen 1) engine. The smooth 1-1/2 in. tube design provides ample exhaust flow to let your 283-400 SB Chevy engine breathe easy, and produce maximum horsepower and torque.</p><p>Each set includes a pair of gaskets, header flange bolts and collector bolts.
