Performance Solid Billet Thermostatic Oil Filter Sandwich Plate

Machined from 6082-T6 Billet aluminum in-house at HEL's United Kingdom headquarters.

This updated design spends a little longer being machined giving it some extra details which means not only does it have the performance associated with HEL but it also has the aesthetics to match. Its bull-nosed finish is bead blasted before being hard anodized for maximum protection.

Assembled and inspected by hand and finished with a paint-infilled H logo.

The HEL Performance sandwich plate comes with a built-in thermostat, which prevents the flow of oil to the cooler until the engine oil reaches the desired temperature. This allows for both a faster warmup and also extra protection in cold environments over a non-thermostatic sandwich plate. If your oil temperature dips the thermostat will close again enabling your oil to stay at its optimum temperature.

M22 x 1.5 inlet and outlet ports give you the easy option of using -8 AN or -10 AN adapters.

Thermostat options of 82°C (black infilled H) or 92°C (red infilled H) give you even more control of your oil temperature.

Stainless steel center bolt size of 3/4"-16 UNF.
