Wheel Bearing Kit (Rear) [Bus/Vanagon]

This is a complete rear wheel bearing & seal kit. It includes everything you need to complete a wheel bearing job on the rear of any Bus or Vanagon.

Fits: 1968-79 Bus, and all 1980-91 Vanagon, including Syncro.

Kit Includes:
(2) Outer Wheel Bearings
(2) Inner Wheel Bearings
(4) Wheel Seals
(2) Cotter Pins for the Axle Nut

Tech tip: The fit between the stub axle and bearing inner race is designed to be a very slight interference fit (less that .0005”), not a slip-fit. Your used stub axle may be just worn enough for the new bearings to slip right on, but some force and/or heating of the bearings might be necessary-especially if the stub axle is new.
