For 2025, every SMG Flex Fuel Kit includes our redesigned PTFE fuel hose assemblies, featuring:

• Machine-crimped ends for precision and long-term durability

• Cam-lock connections for quick, secure, and leak-free installation

• Ultra-smooth PTFE cores resistant to ethanol, methanol, and all modern fuel blends

• Double-braided exterior that not only looks amazing but also ensures the best fit and function we’ve ever offered

• Underhood mounting connects directly at your OEM fuel rails

• If you prefer a stealth-mounted kit (underbody location using your OEM flex harness), please contact sales@smgspeed.com.

  Note: the stealth kit requires cutting your OEM fuel line. A precision cutting tool is included with that version.

Installation guides may be available for reference, but SMG does not provide installation or tuning support. Consult a professional installer or tuner if attempting a DIY install.
If your vehicle doesn’t have a vehicle-specific guide, a Universal PCM Pin-Out Reference is available for general wiring assistance.

Warranty & Professional Installation

Professional installation is required for warranty validation.
While performance parts typically do not include a warranty, SMG stands behind our craftsmanship — if your kit is installed by a verifiable professional, we’ll cover SMG in-house components for life (to the original purchaser).
All claims require return and testing by SMG before any authorization is issued.
