Product Description
Most paint swirls and wash scratches don’t come from dirt — they come from the wrong sponge. The Zymöl Sponge™ is a silicone-free, heavyweight closed-cell sponge engineered to hold maximum soap, glide safely across paint, and protect your finish with every pass.
Key Benefits
- Silicone-free — no silicone contamination that can interfere with wax bonding or paint correction
- Heavyweight closed-cell construction — holds a massive volume of soapy water for continuous lubrication that lifts dirt safely away from paint
- Super soft — gentle enough for the most delicate paint finishes, including clear coats and single-stage paint
- Easy to grip — ergonomic shape that gives you control across large panels and tight contours
- Durable — built to last through hundreds of washes without breaking down or shedding
- Compatible with all Zymöl wash soaps — Auto Wash™, Clear Auto Bathe™, and Titanium Wash™
- Safe for all paint types and exterior finishes
How It Works
The closed-cell structure of the Zymöl Sponge™ holds a large reservoir of soapy water that releases continuously as you wash — keeping the surface lubricated and preventing dirt particles from dragging across the paint. The silicone-free formula means no residue is left behind that could interfere with your wax or sealant. The result is a safer, more effective wash every time.
Directions for Use
Saturate the sponge thoroughly with your Zymöl wash solution. Wash using straight, overlapping lines — not circular motions — working panel by panel from the top of the vehicle down. Rinse the sponge frequently to release trapped dirt. Rinse thoroughly after use and allow to air dry.

Pro Tip
Always wash top-to-bottom and rinse your sponge after every panel — the lower panels and rocker areas carry the most road grit. A clean, saturated sponge on every pass is the single biggest thing you can do to prevent wash-induced swirl marks.
