Torque Converter Bolt Kit

The proper fastening between the torque converter and flexplate is critical but not easily accomplished. A loose connection in this area can cause all sorts of strange noises under load that just don't seem like they could possibly be coming from the torque converter bolts, but they often are. We have seen shops tear engines down completely looking for a noise that turned out to be coming from a loose connection between the torque converter and flexplate. We recommend NEW bolts every time be used every time they are removed.

Kit includes:
• (3) Special torque converter bolts
• (1) Sachet of blue thread-locker
• (1) Detailed installation instructions

Install note: It is imperative to verify that the threaded holes in the torque converter be clear and clean, and the threads chased with a M8x1.25 tap. Never re-use old bolts!
