Zycoat ZyCor High Temperature Corrosion Resistant Primer/Base Coat Spray 50000

ZyCor, Do It Yourself high temperature corrosion resistant primer coating. ZyCor is applied as a stand alone coating for headers, manifolds, exhaust and turbos or is a required basecoat for ZyCor Color Coats and ZyBar color coats. ZyCor has been tested and proven to perform in excess of automotive high surface temperatures. ZyCor Primer endured in excess of 5000 hours of continuous salt spray testing. ZyCor is applied by spray and is air cured (8 hours) or cures in oven at 350 F for 30 minutes. *** If you plan to apply ZyCor color coat on top of the Primer - DO NOT CURE THE PRIMER PRIOR TO APPLYING THE TOP COAT - Apply the Primer and allow 30-60 minutes to set - then apply the Top Coat. Once top coat is applied - THEN CURE THE CURE THE COATED COMPONENT. ZyCor comes in gray color. ZyCor Primer is applied to automotive, marine, off-road and heavy truck components. Read and follow ZyCoat's ZyCor application instruction prior to using this product. The best coating does not overcome poor preparation.
